jbooker82
got a quick newbie question. what does it mean when you can move your oem clutch basket on the gear? i dont mean wobble i mean hold the gear and the basket moves back and fourth prolly 1/8 in? The rubber coushins are shot. There are 2 options. A. get a new OEM one B. get an aftermarket billit aluminum basket. You will need to grind the rivits off the gear so you can bolt the gear to the new clutch basket. Most aftermarket baskets come with new Poliurathane clutch coushins. There is a stick with all the details at the top of the index page. josh
jbooker82
Here is the link. The black rubber's are shot. They allow a little give so when you dump the clutch it isnt so hard on parts. When you can move the basket on the gear they are deffinatly shot. http://www.bansheehq.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=85373 josh
