if thats a pro design you should call them up and have them send you a new one. thats rediculous, their selling point its it wont break like the stock ones. ive been running stock impelllers for years and just reccently switched over to pro designs billet impeller. im gonna be one unhappy camper if myne breaks. its a good thing you cought it, i didnt know you can even see the water flow, where do ya check it at?

yep,its a pro design. The reason i bought it was because of the great things everybody says about them. I got it from Jeff at FAST. It's not his problem though. Maybe I will call Pro Design. Anyone have there #. I ordered the same one and wonder if that was a good idea. The reason I caught it was the coolant level was low and I filled her up and fired it up,and no coolant movement in the radiator cap. So I let her idle and the head got hot as hell and the coolant was still cold in the radiator. This sucks balls though.

heres what they say,website

no problem, let me know what they say.... cause i have two bikes running their impellers and i am courious as to what they think caused it. i dont see anything other then a manufacturer error. like what was said above, that a plastic gear should of givin before a billet part does.
