Michael Jackson
no u dont need the chain guide, pretty much every aftermarket skidplate makes it impossible to run the chain guide anyways

fastashell
no the tabs are there but it has no place to attach a rear chain guide?
LiftdT4R
Hmm, I've never had a problem running a rear chain guide with any swingarm skid Ive had (PRM, DG and stock). I'm not sure how much it is needed, but I've always run one. If the swingarm was the right price Id say fuck it, and buy it and run it, worst case you could always weld up something later. Is it a roundhouse or stock style carrier?
peterlocal22
no u dont need the chain guide, pretty much every aftermarket skidplate makes it impossible to run the chain guide anyways really, so whats the point of a chain guide then? is it just another bs product like a boost bottle? Michael Jackson
yea you guysd are right, nm im retarded, i had the chain guide on with the stock skidplate years ago, broke the stock skid, got a used aftermarket one from a friend, couldnt fit the chain guide so had to take it off, have gone through 3-4 skids since but lost the chain guide years ago., i guess it isnt a big deal though, i never have a problem with throwing a chain or skippin teeth or anything, as long as your chain slack is kosher you have nothing to worry about
