98_banshee_newbie
I went riding today for about 4 to 5 hours. On the way riding home I noticed a strange noise. I was like what is that sounded like it was coming from my rear rotor nevertheless I got home and started to wash my shee off and noticed that the main bolt that goes into the end of the swing arm and carrier had no nut on it and has slid out at was rubbing against my sprocket. If I would not have caught that that could have been ugly next trip out. What do you guys think? Has that ever happened to you guys before? MILO
my nephew must have forgotten to tighten one of the rear carrier bolts after adjusting his chain. it slid out and jammed in his sprocket and locked up the rr end almost sending him over the bars. good catch bud. that could be a disasterous situation.
