Upload some pics of your jugs and reeds. We'll be able to tell you then.

How do you know you don't have any compression? Did you use a comp tester

before you tore it apart?

no compression will for sure make a bike not run.. might as well try starting it with no plugs. if the head, pistons, rings dont leak then check the head gasket. 0 compression means a big fast leak.

The reeds are stock... the head looks like it's stock but you can't really tell until you pull the gasket off and clean it up. The right cylinder (one on the left) looks like some mild port work but you can't tell until you take more pictures of the transfer ports and intake but the intake bridge is narrowed. Those pistons are toast and I would send the cylinders out for a bore & hone and get new pistons. The carbs look like PJ 34mm Keihin carbs. Good luck with your new money pit. It's going to take some $$$ to get that to be reliable again.

The cylinders do have portwork, without some measurements from the roofs of the exhaust and transfer ports to the deck there is no way to say what type of port.

The reeds are stock cages and look to have aftermarket petals and stops on them, they're not V-force

Without bore measurements, I wouldn't venture to say it needs to be bored. You may get away with some new pistons and a hone job. Don't bore if it's not necissary. To tell you what bore it's currently on give us the part# off the top of those pistons.

We would need some measurements on the deck surface of the head to the squish band to tell you how much it has been milled if at all.

And lastly, the carbs are Kehin PJ's for sure.
