4strokessuck
It's a shame. Best riding spot I've ever been to. http://www.nj.com/southjersey/index.ssf/20...inal_tresp.html Here's some pics of the place:

Infamous039
That sucks . I live in NJ and have never visited that spot. Everywhere in jersey is getting shut down by cops, which it maks it tough to even enjoy owning a banshee or any quad at that. I think I am gonna have to by a street bike to enjoy riding. Tapatalk
isnt there some decent size hills and trails (sand) to ride somewhere off 72?
4strokessuck
isnt there some decent size hills and trails (sand) to ride somewhere off 72? I ride at a spot about 2 miles from the 70/72 circle. Killer sand hills there. There's also Lacey off of 72 but I haven't been there in a while. They had killer hills and looong fire trails to ride on. Fish and game kicked us off the property where I parked off of rt. 539. There's plenty of other spots to park there. I just haven't been back there because most of my friends don't ride anymore. Edited July 16, 2008 by 4strokessuck
Wildcardracing
That sucks, sad part is that it's only going to get worse everywhere with time. I feel bad for anyone into powersports who lives on the east coast with all the liberal greenies to contend with. I'm sure it's legal to camp, picknic or ride mtn. bikes there. That shit tears things up just as bad. I believe in being stewards of our environment, but come on...do we have to give up every form of entertainment. Start with the small..but large issues. If you want to do something for the environment, pick up some litter or recycle. 3% of our population has somehow become the majority and can tell everyone else how to live thier lives and it's bullshit! The environmental movement is the single largest cause for our declining economy, all of the legislation they have lobbied for has done nothing but drive industry out of our country. We are now an entire country of consumers, being lead by idiots who think the only part of the equation to having a strong economy is spending money. Somehow our leaders have forgot that we need a product to sell as well. I could go on for days about this issue, it just frustrates me that everywhere I look all I see is environmentalists shutting down everything fun or good for our country. They won't stop utill we are all cold, hungry, naked and alone!!! Why havent the other 97% of Americans stood up to say enough is enough??? I think everyone who supports ATV riding in your area should show up to that court case to defend your right to have places to ride. ATV parks, whatever...just don't sit back and let that 3% majortiy decide what you can and can't do.

You just hope there not there when you are. ATV"s bank big bucks for New Jersey. It's a shame New Jersey has no intentions to help their townspeople, just their pockets. Michael Jackson
yep, we had a cop ask us onetime, years ago before almost arresting us for riding on the train tracks "do you even have those things registered and insured" .... uhhhhhhhhh WHAT? why? why register and insure a vehicle that the state doesnt even allow us to ride, legally?. give them money for what? to pay the cops that ride 4 wheelers all day and bust our asses? kiss my ass! its no secret new jersey is the most corrupt state in our nation, we have laws other states laugh at , we have no freedom, we cant even fish without fuckin state rangers watching us from the bushes with binoculars , its ridiculous, fuckin new germany, what a joke i would LOVE to know, just how much new jersey rakes in each year, from dumb asses registering their quads.. and where exactly that money goes...? we arnt allowed to ride ANYWHERE, NOWHERE Edited July 16, 2008 by Michael Jackson
Toybreaker
I am from port norris which sand plant is this?
Infamous039
If you live in jersey and wanna ride you have to make the trip to PA in order to enjoy a risk free day. Jersey trully sucks and every chance I get I get on the street and rip it up before the cops come. Making the trip to PA turns into atleast $150 day once you get gas and food. 4strokessuck
Where about in PA do you ride?? I've been to Tower City. It's alright. Really rocky. I might go back there in a couple weeks. But theres nothing better then the trails and sand quarrey's in Jersey. That's why everyone does it.
