I wouldnt get one unless your out of cylinder wall and you need a re-sleeve. If you need a re-sleeve and don't have a fortune, or don't care about having the fastest drag bike on the planet, then the Vito's kit is an inexpensive alternative to aftermarket cylinder kits. The kit his is talking about is an aftermarket cylinder kit. They look almost like stock oem cylinders. If your looking for all out HP then the cub is the way to go.
