banshee question

wen i was riding my bike earlier i noticed it smokes alot after its warmed up i run 32:1 premix yamalube 2r .witch i hate it smells bad

i wanted to know if i run 40:1 would it stop smoking as much and is there a better premix to use that smells better

and if it matter my jetting is

fmf gold series

Yea the plate at -5 might not be the best. What kind of fuel and compression are you running. Most people run +4 on premium fuel at 150 PSI compression.

 

If your running Race fuel at 180 PSI compression then most people run +6-+8.

 

As for the oil Klotz Supertechniplate is a great oil and it smells good. I would try Klotz Supertechniplate at 32:1 first. That way you wont have to mess with the carburetors. If you lean out the oil you increase the fuel so you might have to change the jetting.

my compression is 120 in both cylinders

what would running it at -5 do

would it make it harder to start

i use 93 from the pump

yea it might make it harder to start. Since your running a stock head and premium set the plate at 6 deg.

 

Increasing the timing helps boost midrange.

 

 

ok ill adjust it 2morrow and see what happens

and were can i get some Klotz Supertechniplate
