What to do while waiting for engine

Recommended Posts

I just had mine out to him... it is in transit on its way back. I basically pulled my hair out the whole time...

But I did get alot done. I completely flushed my radiator, I clkeaned my gastank in and out, polished everything up, traded blue plastics for black ones, got a bunch more parts... I am so excited to get rid of the 2 into 1. I liked it alot, but it is time to move on to bigger things for me. Stomped alotta 450's with that setup...

But I did all the maintenance to my bike. Greased all the zirks numerous times lol, drank alotta beer with the buds up there staring at it lol

Try to keep your mind off it... that's the only thing you can do.

well I feel so much better now that i read this post. My bike has been out of commision for a month now and ive been going through the same issue, what the hell am i suppose to do now??? So far I have replaced my old levers with ASV levers, got a new billet aluminum brake hub, sprocket hub, new rotor, rear brake pads, relocated run and light switches, flushed radiator, new oil, new plugs, polished parts and cleaned the bike, and i think thats it so far. but i still have not recieved my new swingarm so who knows whats next. anyways like i said in the begining, i feel so much better that everyone else on this site is going throught the same withdrawels. (did i spell that right?, lol).

Let us know when you get the motor back and when the bike is back together.

thanks

peter
