bluebanshee98 Posted February 11, 2013 Report Share Posted February 11, 2013 ive been into the lifting scene for a long time and still do to this day. make sure your diet is in check. ive gained over 40lbs,3" on my arms ect of muscle without any supplements what so ever. the whey protein powder is fine if you cant get in real food. i personally do deadlifts towards the very end of my back routine as its a very taxing compound exercise when done with alot of weight. if a exercise is hurting you when lifting try to replace it with something else that wont cause pain till you heal. dont wanna set yourself back anymore then need be.
