Snakehunt fucking sucked anyway. I had way more fun at the last two BHQ rides.

 

You have a lot more energy to get shit done huh? I feel kind of slow and tired if I haven't worked out for a few days.

It started out as a pain in the ass. But within like 2 weeks, working out became more of a need. I would feel off all week if I missed a day. I started in September. It looks like a lot, but it was a slow process. Just keep switching up my diet to what ever works, and match my workout. Losing it slow makes it easy to keep it off.

good for u dallas. you look great ( no homo) keep up the good work. i just got back into it today with a week off. you def feel alot better when you do thats for sure. usually a habbit ( working out ect) takes a month to make it one. first week your good. 2nd and 3rd is sometimes hard but once you hit that month period it becomes a need. no gym tomorrow i need a fix on my shee :headbang:

I bought a Total Gym about a year ago and used it about twice just screwing around. I don't want to get pumped up, just drop about 10-15 lbs and get in better shape. Is the TG a good way to do that?

You just need to hit some cardio and clean up your eating.

Working out with weights slows down loss of lbs, but speeds up the fat loss. So I do both. The more muscle you have, the more cals you will burn, and naturally speed up your metabolism.

 

I am not trying to bulk up either. I do lots of sets and reps with low wieght.

 

Doing cardio only and diet you will deff drop 10-15lbs real fast. Diet is where its at. with me, it was not that I had to eat diet food all the time, I just stop eating bad food all the time. Retrospect it was easy. I eat more now than I did back then.
