theshee
Take a good supplement before and after you workout. I'm using cellucor N.O. Extreme and cellucor c4 (one of them every other day) pre workout and GNC Wheybolic Extreme 60 after workouts and my muscles are getting great recovery. You don't have to eat clean, you will still get in decent shape, your body just wont look as good. A good afterwork supplement will help you out a lot. bluebanshee98
Now lets talk about me for a minute. Im 6' 195 lbs. I just really got into lifting 8 months ago and my diet sucks. I lift 4 days a week, I drink soda, eat frozen pizza, etc. I do eat lots of canned tuna, though. I feel like one of my biggest problems is I have a job that wears me out during the day and I feel like my muscles arent recovering as well as they should. I get 7 hours of sleep every night, but during the day I might be running a heavy chainsaw, moving tractor parts around, etc. Is there anything I can do like try to get more sleep or something to try to help my muscles recover when I have to use them the following day at work? is there anyway you can bring protein shakes with you? i personally have food allergies and have to eat whole food all the time so u got it easy! u have to try to get protein in your body every 2-4 hrs
bluebanshee98
Does working out make your hair fall out? nope i get that from my father.. but one thing it does do is stop haters from being lil bitch asses
locogato11283
I take a 40g shake after I lift and before I run every day. If I am going to have a shake every few hours, how much protein should be in it? Also, should I be drinking shakes on my off days too? Protein shakes should not be a replacement for protein in real meals. I only take them after I work out because they are convenient on the way home from the gym or because I don't want to eat dinner directly after. You need to be getting most of your protein from real food. Also remember that your body can only digest so much protein at one time. I would do some research to see how much is right for you and how much you can digest so that you don't just have expensive shit with no gains. People who work out are hated on more than people who don't.

SandmanPNW
DDQ, try Scivation Xtend BCAAs for post workout and see if that helps you recover. They changed something about it recently but it used to work awesome for me.

Buckwheat
I guess working out must kill your sense of humor too? I don't have a lot of hair either but I'm not too sensitive about it. My apologies.
