I'm rebuilding mine right now and just looked at some pistons that were 64.50 and that I believe that was for a .020 over bore.

Take it to a good machine shop and they will tell you what size pistons to buy. In my experience, my guy will bore it first then tell me what size piston to buy. Purchase pistons and measure them then match the cylinders to the pistons. Most guys that do the cylinder work will order the pistons and the cost is figured into the machine work. FYI 0.010" is equal to 0.25mm. Yes, 0.020" over is 64.50mm. SP
