dirtydownunder Posted June 16, 2008 Report Share Posted June 16, 2008 (edited) went for a ride on sunday and it was raining and i went threw some deep as puddles (a few times thinking i may need a flare soon) but i got out AND THEN it started to fuck around and i thought "oh thats what they meen about getting the tors wet" man how anoying is that no wonder you can get so many differant tors removal kits, its just the stupidest idea, well the idea is good but not sealing it to stop water leakage in, its shit! hehe. its gotta be a pretty deep puddle tho so i may leave it for now untill it does it 2 more times Edited June 16, 2008 by dirtydownunder Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

dirtydownunder Posted June 17, 2008 Author Report Share Posted June 17, 2008 nah im pretty shaw it was the tors, you can hear and feel the differance between fuel and ignition problems and the air filter is looking pretty good. and when i went to change gear as soon as i was off the throttle it cut the revs. as soon as i got home and washed it, it was fine. No Limit Powersports Posted June 17, 2008 Report Share Posted June 17, 2008 If i had to guess if you went threw a bunch of water and it started missing then its not the TORS you probably got your stator wet. try pulling the cover off and see if the contact pads are rusted if they are thats whats happening.
