I live in NW AR (siloam springs) My sister is in tulsa every weekend she went to app bay a month or two ago and loved it, my wife goes in for surgery tomorrow as soon as she recovers enough to let me out of the house we should get together and go ride up there.

I'm down like 4 flat tires! But its way wet at the bay. I am prolly taken my bikes below the dam.

sounds good to me, what kind of tires you planning on running? was kind thinking of running paddles

I usually bring both knobbies (bald LOL) and my paddles. I need to put my CPI's back on today or tommorow, I put Paul Turners mids on to try yesterday. What a difference! I am assuming you found a balance tube for your bike?

yeah, banshee24 hooked me up with one, but it shipped from canada im hoping it makes it here by today or tomorrow lol, i still got a chain, chain sliders, new jets and pods & adjustible timing plate to install. all should be here by today though ill probably do it tomorrow night, you ever installed a timing plate?

I heard it was flooded over there. What kind of riding place is it? Never been, but want to try it out.

Its not flooded anymore. It was for the longest time though. Its got trails and sand you can ride down by the lake and drag on the shore. pretty fun out there alot of riding to be done.

My girl friends dad lives in Tulsa I'll be down to go sometime. Probably not this weekend though we are getting her a warrior saturday with a electrical problem I have to get fixed first. What all kind of riding is there at App bay more specifc then whats was said above if possible.. Would it be more suited to my 700 raptor then the shee. My banshee hasn't proven real reliable yet so I'm kinda afraid to take it that far for it to break down on me. I'll probably bring it though if the majority is sandy, I like it alot more in the sand then the 700. Are there any requirements for App BAy such as a helmet or noise regulations?? I'd love to come ride with yall and meet some people.

no regulations that I'm aware of. Its about half and half with the sand and trails. App. Bay is like a peninsula. U have to cross a land bridge to get to the riding the closer you get to the lake the sandier it gets. Good thing is about a mile away is the dam. U can ride below the dam and its just about all sand and pea gravel. Hit me up I'm down for some riding.
