2001Stroker Posted May 27, 2008 Report Share Posted May 27, 2008 Not familiar with stock carbs, but was there a spring around the screw, holding tension against the head of the screw? If so, maybe it was weak, and wasn't putting enough pressure against it. I'm sure a new spring or stretching the old one would have prevented that from happening.
