_Hex*
i know some of you guys are on a tighter budget than other but its a really really good investment to get the billet timing plate, we had the cast one break off on a customers bikes a few times already, we sent them back because they had warranty and as soon as we got them back opened and they were already cracked or breaking off some at some stress points
dajogejr
Your prayers have been answerd. Billet plate, without the expensive pro-design price tag. Sure, it's gonna be more than cast...but, it is stronger. I don't see any on ebay, but PM Chariot Performance... Here is an auction that ended...but you can see the product. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayISAP...em=280224414938

dajogejr
A cast timing plate will not break, however...due to the cheap China metal Ricky stator uses, if the person is not careful, they could strip the screws that hold down the pickup coil....but it's not going to break, there is no load on it. Cody, Chariot is on PS and the new ATV Dragracer site as well. You could also send him a note through Ebay if you wanted....

dajogejr
I believe they can get broken in shipping...LOL. I've never seen one break....of course, that's not to say it wouldn't happen...anything is possible. However, I've heard of PLENTY of people stripping the screws out.... However, I've heard of PLENTY of people stripping the screws out.... yea trust me it happens we recieved a brand new one from ricky stator and it was cracked where the pickup mounts, also the original one on the customers bike the bolts that hold the actual stator to the plate came loose and caused all kinds of stuff in there dont even want to mention it, just to say it was dirty!
