Um, ok, well you can spend around 1000 on a 4mil stock cylinder drag ported, or go up to 15k+ for an 18mil triple. If you can give an idea of how much you are willing to spent I guess that would help. What kind of riding, strictly drag, sand, asphault, etc.

I just started my build a little over 3 months ago. Trust me when I say it gets expensive quick. I have spent $10k in that short amount of time, and my bike still isn't ready. I only used the best parts money can buy though. You could easily go a cheaper and quicker route.

If you want to know more about my set-up and what I have put my money into, just pm me and we can chat. =)

P.s. Welcome to the HQ and also the most addictive thing in the world.

first thing id do is look in the for sale section..... since u dont have a banshee yet, maybe u can find a whole 4 mil cub for sale ans then go from there. another ? have u ever rode a drag banshee ?? because u are making a big leap... not sayin u cant do it, just want to let u know its diffrent then just a bolt on shee or bolt on 4 stokes..

where do u live ? and what are u wanting to race on.. asphalt(1/8, 1/4 mile) , sand/dirt tracks (300ft).

I agree, you need to talk to a builder. Call Jeff at fast. He can help you make up your mind on the build. I also agree about looking in the for sale section. You can save a lot of money if you buy the bike already setup. I built mine and it was really fun building it, but very expensive. Good luck, and keep us updated with pics.

I agree, You can save some BIG coin if you buy a complete bike ready to go.

yes i agree with all of you on buyin one all set up but thats the thing about me i hate buyin anything somone else had done because when you build it yourself its like puttin your personality into it...and after i get the shee lets start off and say ill be willing to drop 1500 off the bat to get started and as the paychecks come in will do more..
