Snopczynski
I run dual 28mm tm mikunis. Twin 35mm on a ported motor is way too big. It will kill your bottom end.
jbooker82
Try dropping your pilot a size. Most people run 48-45 piltos Your probably pretty rich on the main too Needles sound about right. If you think it is rich lower the needle a clip position. If your going to change your setup change the pipes. CPI's would work good with an agressive dune port. Snopczynski
On the contrary I love my pro circuit pipes, and The dyno loves them too. They make more torque and hp than ptr mids, and the dynoport 2 into 1. I literally can have fun going from the sand trails to shooting holes, then climbin hills, and even stay very competitive drag racing. My ported 350 stays neck and neck with my cousins 4 mill 396cc, and I lost by 1/2 length in a drag against a trinity 420cc Stage IV 4mill last weekend. I am a tuner though, so everything on my bike gets tweaked, and even sometimes replaced if it doesn't cut it and do its job right.

Snopczynski
If you have oil coming out the silencers, the needles are rich. Mikuni TM 28mm carbs run awesome on my bike. I can recommend Jets, needles, and pilot jet also. I tuned mine on the dyno, and have tuned one other bike that was a ported 350 also. With these carbs, and pro circuits I mad 67hp. I also upgraded reeds to stock cages with mid tension carbon techs and added a dyna cdi. I got 2 more hp from the reeds after ditching the vf3's. Got another 1 hp from going to 18cc domes also (185psi comp). So thats 70 hp at 8,650 rpm with pro circuits and 28mm tm carbs. My bike is a wheelie monster with a +6 swingarm on it. http://www.carbparts.com/mikuni/mikuni_atv.htm http://www.sudco.com/mikuni.html#tm I would probably buy from these guys. http://www.procycle.us/carb/mikuni.htm

rubberneck
I believe the 28s will fit on stock intakes, so if you have your stocker, you are set. If not im sure they are a dime a dozen around here. pretty sure you will need new pods.

huskyohilux
I took a 10 min drive and it feels good on the top end but think middle and low could be better...the plugs are still wet but when I wipe of the fuel they are starting to get a browner color instead of all black. Oh and tank is empty after less than an hour of riding gonna try and lift the clip one notch and see there... Clip in second from top: It feels a bit more awake now in the middle range, wheelies to 4th gear then it loses pull and 5th and 6th gear feels a bit long...I
