290 seems kinda low for having ported and pipes. mine only has pipes and i run 300 on the mains. what is your elevation.

thats seems extremly low to me to unless your 3000+ above sea level...i was just at silver lake last weekend..mine is ported, pipes, pods, milled head, and as of right now i have 380 mains, 25pilot and my needle is on the 3rd clip from the bottom. With the weather warming up in the summer i will be putting 360's in...if it were me...i would start with a 360main you can always put in smaller ones if your to rich rather than being to lean and buring it up. Just buy a couple of sets before you leave...360's 350's should be about perfect. The elevation there is about 600
