Im from Canada, Ontario but i'm planning a trip with a bunch of buddies this summer. right now im running 290 for mains in my stock carbs 03 banshee ported and polished v-3 reeds barnett clutch kit PWR radiator high flow billet impellor front fmf gnarly's with rear t-5 silencers open air box w/K&N and all the cosmetic stuff any info would be greatly appreciated Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

bansheejoel Posted April 9, 2008 Report Share Posted April 9, 2008 thats seems extremly low to me to unless your 3000+ above sea level...i was just at silver lake last weekend..mine is ported, pipes, pods, milled head, and as of right now i have 380 mains, 25pilot and my needle is on the 3rd clip from the bottom. With the weather warming up in the summer i will be putting 360's in...if it were me...i would start with a 360main you can always put in smaller ones if your to rich rather than being to lean and buring it up. Just buy a couple of sets before you leave...360's 350's should be about perfect. The elevation there is about 600 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
banshee freak Posted April 11, 2008 Author Report Share Posted April 11, 2008 thanks guys weird thing is tho...im running rich! my plugs are black....id rather a little rich that too lean but I was actually thinkin of going down in size my elevation is approx 960 ft..im on the third clip I beleive and run 25 pilot if my memory serves me right....I havent worked in the carb for a while cus of the snow so.... anyway thanks for the posts Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
