okbeast
Probably want to raise the clip on the needle until the bog goes away. You will want it on the 3rd or 2nd position from the blunt end.
Erwin8r
Airbox? Stock carbs? What main jet? Pilot jet? I have T5's with stock carbs, no air box, running K&N's with Prefilters. I am using 290 mains, 27.5 pilots, and the needle is on the third clip (a little richer) from the top... Unless your main jets are huge and you're soaking your plugs, bogging can be because its lean on the needle...
Michael Jackson
on my bike, their recommendation of 4th clip down was too rich, i moved it up one to the 3rd, and it made a big improvement in low end bog,i doubt the 4th clip is to lean, if anything itll be too rich, your gona have to try yourself and see what works best for you though, only chnage one thing at a time, this is their toomey needle i am talking about by the way Edited April 7, 2008 by Michael Jackson
