first off only the preminum forged are made by Wiseco. 6hp is 6hp more then stock pistons not 6 more then Weisco. Vito's regular pistons are made in Taiwain. Dont buy the Vito's cast, they dont last.

here you go the other ones dont say there made by wiseco these one do one for 6hp bottom mid and other is 8hp overall

I have been running the Vito's power pistons for 5 years now. I have not even re ringed it. I have 135psi in both cylinders. The box for the pistons say Wisco right on them.

tx i know i wasnt the only one that as seen that

now i need to know witch kit to order

I know that vitos sells two kinds of power pistons or something like that. The one that says gains you 8hp or something like that is stepped down on the exhaust side only. THis in a way raises your exhaust port. It allows the exhaust to open a little earlier than it normally would but leaving the transfers in the same spot. Giving you a little more rev and as they proclaim 8hp overall gain.

I ran the vitos for a about a year and sold my banshee. It seemed to run strong when i sold it. I gave the pistons to my engine builder and had it ported to match. Ran like a striped a$$ ape. I have nothing against them so far.

witch pistons did u get the bottom mid 6hp or the 8hp over all

i like bottom end and mid for sure but doo the 8hp over gain go across bottom to top??

I've put Vito's / wiseco super stock pistons (ones with the lowerd exhaust side) in a few bikes. I put a set in a banshee about 4-5 yrs ago, Seemed to make a difference.. That bike ran very hard for what it was. As far as realiablity goes, Its finally due for a new topend. I also put a superstock piston in a Blaseter and that was a pretty quick lilttle machine also.. If you get your clearances set you shouldn't have a problem with reliablity. You can't just drop the pisont in and expect it to be correct.

The only down fall is their pretty pricey pistons... And only a dyno comparison on the same bike with the different pistons will tell you the true power gains if any. Also, The superstock pistons is for stock ported motors only. The powerpistons are for lightly ported motors.

So if you plan on porting.. stay with a wiseco. I'm happy with the WSM pistons so far.. but I havn't got much time on them and only time will tell.
