05Special
I just put a single carb on and all i did was cut the wires from the sensor on thr throttle housing itself, unplugged the box, and unplugged the carbs. I didn't tie anything back together..Runs great, is it running on both cylinders? I would just check all the electrical connections and make sure eveything is clean and tight. You PCd the frame, took the tors off so you had to drill for idle screws and re sync carbs, did everything go well with changeover? Its probably one of the two things: make sure you have good grounding or carbs arent sync, maybe shavings / pilots clogged. Im pretty sure I did not tie any wires together either. Good Luck! ziegman
Slides are in backwards. Make sure choke crossover tube is in place between the carbs
Pardee208
Yes everything you guys said is all checked good. I put in some 310 mains today and she runs! almost getting there. the bottem end is rich so i raised the needle up 2 notches, Im think i got it, but i cant run it because i need some rubber hose to connect the stock silencers to the T5's, thats tomarrows goal though. but i am going to check all my grounds. and chip off the powdercoat to establish a good connection. Thanks for all your input guys! heres a pic of the pink thing.(remember boys, women ALWAYS get what they want!) lol
