P-man
Ok, i took took the clutch side cover off of my banshee and am trying to identify a shifting problem. The shifter doesn't always grab.. when i turn the marked screw the shifting assembly moves up and down so i am pretty sure it is bent. also the marked spring is not very tight at all and has a little slack, do these look like the problem? Thanks Edited March 30, 2008 by P-man

FASTOYS
Pman, your slotted stud is an eccentric stud and is supposed to move up and down in a cam/eccentric like fashion. From the looks of it i think your shift shaft spring may be worn. Give me a call on the phone tomorrow and i will walk you through what to look for. 785-364-5325 10-2 central time. FastToys, thanks a lot for all the help, I think I am going to have to go with an oem due to affordability, but i do appreciate the offer.
