Wildcardracing
I would check FMF's website for their suggested jetting, I think with your mods and elevation you should be in the 270 to 280 range on your mains (just a guess based on jetting with fattys), what was the reason for the rebuild, wear or did you burn it down? If you just rebuilt to freshen it up and haven't changed anything mod wise since before the rebuild then your jetting shouldn't have changed. Where is your jetting at now?? Slasher99
Jetting is at 260 now but I only have about an hour on the rebuilt. Going through the break in I haven't been able to do a plug chop yet. I did pull the plugs out after 20min or so and they did look dark oil colored and not white by any means. The reason for a rebuilt was low compression with to much cylinder variance between the two. Turned out one of the stock rings was pinched at the ring gap on the post, thus the ring was not expanding all the way.
dajogejr
260 is probably about right, if not rich...since you're running a full air box. The color doesn't mean anything...it could be rich on the pilot, needle or main...or any where in between the circuits.
