hercalmighty
Hey Guys, New to the site and looking for some assistants. I'm going to be receiving new A-arms in the mail any day now and I'm looking for the right set up. I ride mostly woods and some motocross(I do have a 80' table top that I jump alot) and not too much top speed stuff. I want to know what degree camber and caster I should be running and how much toe in to run. Any help I can get would be great Edited March 18, 2008 by hercalmighty

FireHead
Does anybody have a sugestion for a starting point for this I would go for 1.5 negative camber; 0 degrees toe; and 4 degrees of caster if you can get your arms to do it. :geek:
4stroker
hey firehead why so little castor? to try and get it to turn quicker? you could try a bit more castor to get the weight jacking onto the outside tire through the turns.. run a little toe out to offset the slower steering nature of the increased castor firehead prolly knows alot more about this than me but i thought id throw that out there anyway, i might learn something from it! hercalmighty
Sweet. Thanks guys. I'm kind of new to quad suspension and reading all of the threads helped alot with picking out what arms and shocks I wanted. So I hope I'm not being a total newbie. I have been racing and riding bikes for about 18 years but never got real into the quad thing until a couple of years ago. So once again thanks alot and thanks for such a great site
jayzx10r
Lonestar recommends: 5-7 degrees Positive Caster and 1-3 Negative Camber. Here is their guide: http://www.lsracing.com/img/Guide_21.pdf
