tidos76
ok i know most of your guys shy away from clear coating your nice shinny parts. but this stuff does work. i used it on my intake on my truck. usually aluminum intake turn yellow after about 2 years. mine(after being washed with soap and water) looks brand new. i haven't used it on the shee yet but i plan to. the best part is it is self etching and self leveling. it was developed by nasa to prevent corrosion on sat parts. anyways just my .02 that this stuff does work! anyone else ever tried it? http://www.nyalic.com/
2001Stroker
I migth try that, since I do live on salt water. I think I'll try it on something cheap, though. Like the parking brake block off. If it works on that, then I'll go to the more expensive stuff.
ClimbAnyHill
You guys think it will work on the pipes? I have a ceramic coat on them, I'd love a coat for easy cleanning.
tidos76
You guys think it will work on the pipes? I have a ceramic coat on them, I'd love a coat for easy cleanning. their webcite says it will work on just about anything even fiberglass. i don't see why it wouldn't. the only thing i know it wont stick to is magnesium. i had some old mag wheels and sprayed them. it didn't stick too well. if you can try it on some old pipes first. and let us know how they come out. ClimbAnyHill
I'm going coat part of a vehicle pipe then run some clear over it and see what happens. I'll report back on that, thanks!
