wacko2000
Hey Zach lets try to stay on track here...I dont think he was looking for that answer.. Im in the same boat right now, stuck between like 3-4 different tires right now. Yo0o Ryda if you do a search here I dont think you are going to find anything really bad about either one, everyone really seems to like the razor2's and irazr...Im also stuck on the kenda Knarly, they are supposed to be a great tires long lasting and a better bang for the buck.. NYUK
steve. you seen them razr 2 on my bike. i think they are some beefy fuckers. i doubt you will be doing mx with that bike anymore. unless you plan on clearing the fence after hitting a jump. That's what i had on my bike when it was still all put together on the stock frame, i put them tires through some hell, roads, gravel, sand, everything and never noticed them getting tore up. There some good tires for sure man i'd think about getting a set of them.
LiftdT4R
I have Razr 1s on my 2002, but I will definately be going with the Razr 2s next. My buddy had them on a 450R, and they lasted a long time, they look beefy as hell too.
badbrad
so far with my experience I really prefer the Razr 2's. I acutally ordered another set since i had money and my current set are on half tread! I think the razr 1 lasts a little longer (harder tread) but that is having them on a blaster and my buddy has them on his rappy 700, neither of which of course spin like the banshee so, my opinion is get the razr 2's, they hook up like crazy
locogato11283
i pick none of the above. the best tires ive found are kenda knarlys and stock yfz450 tires. they both hold up better than the other tires out there and they are cheaper. 87_shee
I agree about the Knarlys, I have gone through many sets of tires and the knarlys are by far the toughest and they grip damn good too.
yamaha04
i agree the knarlys are badass man i loved my razors until my buddy got some knarlys lol
ellison445
I disagree on the knarlys, The grip is good but they wear to damn fast.. I would def go with the razr2. I have owned both, and went back to the Razr 2!
Ryda85
yea john i saw them on your bike....i have used the regular razrs before and liked them. never had a shot with the 2s. but based on what you guys say i think i will pick up a set. thanks
Michael Jackson
i say razr 2's. they last the longest of all 3, the irazrs hook up great but will ware out in front of your eyes.. razry 2's are nasty, hook up great, last long, and are tough as hell, and not that it matters, but to some it does, they look sweet too sorry but im gona have to disagree with the statement about knarleys being tougher than anything out there.... id have to say we ride some of the nastiest terrain there is, out in PA with all the coal, rocks, stumps eveythign else.. ive seen a set of knarleys blow more holes in them in one day then i have ever gotton in my life with all my tires combined... friend had to order a new one because it had so many holes in it, put that on and blew like 3 holes in it the same day, so i guess tough all depends on where you ride, and stock 450 tires will be bald before the season is over, unless you ride circles in your grass lawn all day
jmd0346
I had Razr rears. They lasted 5 or 6 years and were still in good shape when I took them off. I needed fronts so i changed all four to Razr 2's. They are awesome tires. Theyre 6ply so you cant hurt them. They can take alot of abuse. They hook like mad and last along time. Short story of it. Get the Razr 2's. If you arent happy with them you can cuss me out! LOL! I got mine from motosport iirc for $297 shipped for all four. Best tire out there IMO. EastCoast Banshee
I love razrs personally but from what loco has been saying kenda knarlys are next on my list for rear tires.
