I'd say start at 300 mains, 30 pilot , needle in the 3rd groove and air screw out 1.5 then work your way down from there. This should put u a hair on the rich side so do some plug chops (do a search for details)

I ran 280 mains, 5N7 needle (stock needle) middle clip... and the stock 25 pilots... and it was dead on. Not saying that if you do that to your motor it will be the same as mine. They are all a little different. I thought that Glamis was actually below sea level?

greenfly_1
K guess its my turn to pirate this post just don't want to make another on the same subject. I realize if I spend some time and do some searching on the forums I will probably find what I'm looking for but being a family man with 2 kids and a pain in the butt wife that could be Satan reborn don't have much time  Okay so I have a problem need some advice on Glamis setup this is a list of the mods I have. FMF Fatty pipes and silencers, FMF boost bottle, Terry Cable TORS eliminator caps, V-Force 3 Reeds, 2 small K&N stage 3 pod filter with prefilters (no airbox), Dyno jet kit with needles, 200w Ricky Stator with adjustable timing plate. My question is what size jets of course? Were to set needle position? And were to set timing on stator plate? Any help would be greatly appreciated never been able to get it to run as good as I like want to stop playing around with everything and go out and have some fun in the sand. I ran 320 mains 27.5 pilots when I ran my fatties with pods at sea level cant remember where I had my needle set. I think I was also running the vitos needle that has a diff taper so it prob wouldnt help to tell you any ways. But the main and the pilot sould get you started just play with the needle alittle do some plug checks every bike jets different.
