OnThePipe
Im looking to upgrade my stock bars (who the hell has those still) to something a little more rugged but I was wantin to consult with fellow Banshee freaks as to what the best setup is? Ive read some great things about Renthal twinwall bars but Im looking to retain the ride height of stock bars or better. Considering there is hundreds of bends available from various aftermarket manufacturers Id like to order the right bars for me the first time. So let me know what you run and find most comfortable and compairable to the stock bend. Im a taller rider so I like to stand over the machine. Pics would be helpful as well. RoostRocket
i second that, flexx bars are the shit!! i plan to have some on my trail bike as well as my mx bike in the future... i currently have pro taper contours on my 450 and they are great. whatever you go with i would say get fat bars and some cheap adapters. the reason being that fat bars absorb vibration and are much stronger in comparison to standard 7/8th bars... my .02 Edited February 13, 2008 by RoostRocket
theshee
You will get a lot of different opinions on this topic... I like drag bars, on a +2 stem. It is the most comfortable thing ever, and it looks good too.
Wildcardracing
I just run the cheap ol tusk atv sport bends from rockymountain, they're lightweight comfortable and only $25 so if they get messed up it doesn't ruin my day. I would much rather spend my budget on performance... just my .
angler
I have TAG bars and love the feel compared to stock. Also, I rolled my Shee and I bent the stock steering stem into an "L" and when I put on the new Lonestar stem the bars were straight! That's some tough stuff. With the +1 steering stem they feel great.

714banshee380
I run the tag bars... they have never bent yet but i find that kind of strange because tag bars are supposed to be the weakest bars ever.... i've rolled my shee 3 or 4 times and no bend... spike
Protaper contour or evo's both fat bars. even If i succeeded into bending a set they are still the shit! I dont think any other bar would of survived that flip down the hill into the rocks

I dont think any other bar would of survived that flip down the hill into the rocks Frogger has stock on his shee, and I have FLY racing bars. I love mine they are just a little higher than than froggers stock ones but it doesntfeel much differant. on the trail mine feel like you are sitting on a harley, but when its climb time you can get over them pretty well.
