pasedogg
ya that one guy says it all, the dfude wants a shee instead of a zilla, that should be teelin me somethin, thanks for all the adv ice
NYUK
a well built zilla is hard to find. and keeping it running even harder. stick with the banshee, millions made. parts are easy to find. a decent ported banshee play bike will walk zillas. pasedogg
they are pretty ugly though eh. what a shame.they should have kept with it.It could have been a good bike if the made them untill the ban of 2 strokes if they werent so ugly, rare, and problomatic,a few more years in production would have help that QUADZILLA R.I.P
gumby6t9
Think about it. The Zilla guy wants a Banshee. That should say it all. Good point!

FelixTheCat
Don't do it...I have an 87 Zilla sitting in my garage in pieces! I got tired of trying to keep it together...they are great quads if built right...but finding parts and getting it built right is HARD and EXPENSIVE compared to the Shee...I bought a used Shee for $2300...it's got some Herr Jugs Racing magic...and is more reliable and easier to work on than my Zilla ever was... Please...I'm begging you...DO NOT DO IT!!!! Edited February 12, 2008 by FelixTheCat

inthemail
fuck everyone. your all wrong. who cares if its unreliable. built it right and ride it respectivley its FINE> and may i add, the piston is about fist sized? them cocksuckers sound meaty, like 4 stroke meaty. roost machine, ive ridden one and would kill a baby to own one, that or a tecate. there getting more and more rare by the day i say buy it, totally rebuild it. yea so what time money... build a banshee aftermarket if you really want one. the old zillas are worth MORE every day stock than your average banshee. and a piped zilla will eat a shee

inthemail
i have smoked crack once. but hey, a 250R with a cr in it isnt ORIGINAL. sure to the owner its one off and original enough but to the enthusiast like me, it still aint factory legend. a tecate by the way will rip a 250R by a few bike lengths. ive ridden a tecate and a quadzilla. and i know what my banshee will do. im not pro banshee everything nor am i dissagreeing you guys are right tho, perhaps for rideabilitys sake he should keep it. To you folks who hate your zillas, crate the bitch and ill buy it. ill put my banshee build on hold to get ahold of one of them.

inthemail
they have potent little engines in them. a 250R will out mx the tecate any day (they were the mx favorite for years) as for reliability. anything is unreliable if you dont ride it right, hell. look what happened to my shee if i had of looked after it as much as i rode it i probley would have noticed the entire internals of my engine were going tits up! woodro77
all im saying is that suzuki's werent that good in the 80's , i had a zilla and and rm 250 and they both had reliablity isues ,bolts breaking , frame cracks , the honda's i had never had any problems , i think they were just built better . i have owned alot of bikes in the 20 years i have been riding and honda's are some of the best built bikes around . yamaha's are very good too , suzuki's and kawi's are probably good now but back then i think they skimped out on alot of stuff .
