F.BEJARANO
So i bought an 06 banshee all stock about 1 month ago. I ordered some t-6's, jets, v-force 3 reeds, a noss head with 20cc domes, and k&n pods. put it all together yesterday and finally got to go out to the dunes today. She felt like a totaly different machine and i could of swore it felt faster than my 07 yfz that only has white bros. carbon pro exhaust, jets, and pro flow kit until i raced a friend on a yfz that i always dust in a race. He beat me by a bike!!! Well just thought i would let you guys know. Hopefully after i put the timing plate (which is in the mail) at +4 it'll make some what of a difference. BigRed350x
Ditch the T6's and get some T5's and some porting. Advance your timing like you said you were going to do and you will pick up a little there. Porting is where the real power is though. chase@miamiatv.com
or you can just get a pony keg on the back of your bike like red
xXBlessedWithDeathXx
I was looking into the T6 i called Toomey and they told me if i ran them with any type of engine mod i would loose performance. cool head/ reeds / timing .... exc. they said T6 is for a stock bike with no mods. Frogger
That surprises me. With similar mods I occasionally get edged out by a ported 4-stroke. Have you ditched the TORS. And like it's been said, better pipes.

Man....that really sucks for me. I wish i would of done more research. to my understanding it was just porting that they were talking about. theshee
Just dont get your hopes up of pipes and TORS removed to change how the race goes. I promise my unported raptor 700 will walk all over a banshee with those mods. If it isnt a ported or cub cylinder banshee, its in trouble with the new 4 strokes.
