F.BEJARANO Posted February 9, 2008 Report Share Posted February 9, 2008 just jetted my banshee and fuel is overflowing out of the left carb only. tried tapping it to get the float unstuck if it was but didnt work. how do i adjust my float. is it hard? It could be a problem with the float height, the float being bad or the float needle not sealing. Do yourself a favor and get a clymers manual. I'm not able to post pics and not sure how to describe adjusting the floats, but I'll try. When the float bracket is level with the gasket gasket surface on the carb body the little tab should barely begin depressing the spring loaded pin in the center of the float needle. Hope this helps.
