streetshee Posted February 4, 2008 Report Share Posted February 4, 2008 have you rz guys just mated rz cylinders to banshee cases or have you got complete engine swap? its just im bidding on a gearbox cos i think itd be better for the street? bearing in mind im running 18/36 gearing now,what gearing do you think id have to run with an rz box? Wildcardracing Posted February 8, 2008 Report Share Posted February 8, 2008 Can't tell ya what gears for sure, but the final ratio of the rz box is higher and the ratios of all of the gears are different. So if you have a banshee trans and run a 14 in front, if you drop in an RZ trans it would be about the same as going to a 15 in front. As far as I know only 5th or 6th are different though. Not really sure of that, just something I remember hearing.
