HotCarl
Hook up one of the leads to the part somehow, Pull the trigger and cover it in powder. Put in oven. Drink beer. Pull out of oven. Pretty damn close, but I never put the beer down. If I had a video camera I would make a movie. But this is how I do it 1. sand blast the part (or strip it) 2. clean the part (wipe it down alky or prep solution) 3. pre-bake it (to get all the oils out to help eliminate off gassing) 4. attach the ground 5. spray the powder (slowly for complex shapes) 6. put in oven (350*-400*) 7. wait for the piece to gloss over (1-3 min) 8. bake for about 20min 9. remove from oven 10. wait for it to cool 11. fondle it and say to yourself "your a mother f*cking badass" 12. get more beer
