just a thought. How hard would it be to get 100 hp out of a stock cyl motor running 110? Is it even possible?

It's really easy. You can way over that number, it just depends on how much stroke you want to run and how good of a machinist . fabricator you are. :geek:

What stroke you want to run with those cylinders? I've seen a K&T 10mil with stock cylinders (quite a bit of epoxy work though) that was well above 100hp. I would think you could achieve 100hp quite easily with a 4mil and a good drag port. But remember its a complete package, not just cylinders or stroke. Carbs, pipes, intakes, dome design... there's a lot that goes into getting a good running package. I would think a 4mil drag port would be an excellent start. I'm sure it could be done with stock stroke as well with a good builder.

Even though it may be an expensive alternative, there is the Viper sleeves for stock cylinders. I would be willing to bet a 4 mil drag ported viper setup with the proper pipes, carbs, ignition, could hit 100 hp easily and be a super sleeper.

I have also seen stock heads cut for interchangeable domes and that were O-ringed also........

I already have a cool head for it, OVERLY AGRESSIVE Dune port, CPI inframes, timing plate, 30 mm okos,17 cc domes, .20 over, could I 4 mill this and get 100? or just Trench the cases and go 7mil? I just want it to look like a bolt-on banshee.

If you go 7mill you mine as well put a 10mill in it cause it's the same price.
