Eric6272
I tried using a C clamp and channel locks and still no dice. I cant get the piston in far enough to even get the pads to fit on. Its pissin me off! I have never had this many problems with just a simple pad slap. The piston is still sticking out about 1/4" I took the cap off the res. and the bleeder valve and still nothing. Im about to start looking for a new caliper..... Maybe you need to try pulling the piston out of th caliper and sseing if there is a bur or something (you could have alot of rust in there also) in the bore that is preventing the piston from fully returning. Yeah thats a really good possibility. I have the Clymer manual and i was just reading over the disassembly of the caliper. So i might just go ahead and do that.
