FireHead
I need some custom A-arm bushings made.. Does anyone know where I can have them made or a place that stocks a bunch of different sizes? Give Jeff at JJ&A a call. He would be my choice for such things. He'll probably charge you a bit more for the custom stuff, but atleast it will work when you get them. :geek:
differentstrokes
Go to atvriders.com and pm member "x.system", he'll probably be able to help you out. I think he can custom make just about any size bushing you want.

I need flange bushings for my a-arms. Delrin is fine. Exact measurements that I got with my caliper is Flange OD 1" Flange thickness is .053 OD is .872 ID is .38 I'm not sure what the conversion is into fractions. I dont have the bushings handy to double check them. Edited February 7, 2008 by Fouledout421

shanYE west
Flange outer diameter is 1" and the thickness is supposed to be 1/16". I think it compressed overtime. Soon as possible. how much is this going to cost? Edited February 7, 2008 by Fouledout421
