dj_diablo54
Going to put on the cool head tonight when I get off of work. Does anyone have any sugestions or is it pretty simple to install?
dajogejr
Use a thin layer of grease on the orings so they stick and don't fall out/kink when installing it. Take your time....save your stock head for the torque tightening pattern, reference that. I go 10 Ft. lbs all the way around, then 15, 20...then 22. Nice even torque. lincster
Did you put spark plugs back in it? Did you hook the plug wires up right? Did you switch the plug wires and try it?

csrmel
you can use grease or antiseize. i like the antiseize because it seems to stay there longer. but grease works too. either way when you eventually need to disassemble the cool head to work on the motor having grease or antiseize keeps the parts from sticking together so they come apart easy. dont forget to grease or antiseize the sparkplug threads too.
