Sly70 Posted January 16, 2008 Report Share Posted January 16, 2008 Hi!I have read a lot about 2006 last banshee in USA but in Canada it's still available.Here the link for 2008 look Banshee 2008 Now,i have 1999 banshee and i don't know if i'll change for 2008.I have some mods on mine but,there's one here at local dealer with about 100km at $5500 cad,i'm very confused... dajogejr Posted January 16, 2008 Report Share Posted January 16, 2008 2006 is and was the last year they'll be sold in the US by US dealers. the rest of the world still gets the new paint scheme and graphics every year... Since the mid 90's...that is the ONLY change they have gotten. I personally wouldn't buy a brand new one based on how cheap aftermarket parts are, how readily available they are....and not many keep them stock for long, anywho.... Keep what you have, it's more than likely paid off...and take 1/2 that put it in mods to yours, suspension, etc. You'll have a much better bike and OWE a lot less...my advice. The last major improvement of the banshee happend in 89 or 90 when ever they went from J Arm to A arm. If you got rid of your banshee and bought a new 2008 the only real difference would be yours has a tail light and the new banshee (2001 and up) has a brake light / tail light.
