tnr
I forgot about this awhile ago. The port work ended up being pretty good. A friend of mine who pretty much has the same setup as I do, but with CPI's, ran pretty much neck to neck. I weigh about 20 lbs. more than he does, so I gotta say I am happy with the whole thing. Now I am looking for new pipes, cause after riding a bike with CPI's they seemed to run out a lot longer than my T-4's. The list of things I want to do gets longer all the time. It is not like I have to or need to, just want to. I have a hard time explaining this to my wife. I have a new philosphy on this whole thing. What she dont know wont hurt her, and you just cant tell everything...

When they finally do find out it's ten times worse. I found what worked well for me was to buy my wife a banshee of her own. Her bike now gets all my hand-me-downs when I upgrade, hell...she's excited about it and even got a membership on here too...hehe.
FireHead
That just looks like a cleanup port Without knowing the anything about it spec.-wise, I would say it looks like a well done at-home clean up job.
Snopczynski
Folks, you can take pics of cylinders till your hearts are content! The motor guys on here are not going to be able to tell you anything except "yeah that's been ground on" if you don't provide us with port window sizes, heights, and widths. If someone on here seriously looks at one of these pics and goes "Dude, thats a radical port job!", then they don't know shit. We need specs to tell you what your motor may be ported to do. Even then, pipes, compression, and intakes are going to affect what the motor runs like. Edited February 27, 2008 by Snopczynski

tnr
When i posted this, I was very green to the banshee. I had the bike for a month and already had the top end off, portwork, bored and new pistons in. Knowing what I know now about these, I would have never posted that. I gotta say thanks to everyone on here, cause in the last couple months I have learned a lot about the shee.
