4 mil crank

I agree with shee rips, daisy, unless of course you found a junk crank when you tore into that 0 psi left side compression problem you were having a while back.

The best mods for the shee if your going to ride in WV would be A-arms and suspension.

Come down to the Milton MX this spring and I'll show you what an old man on a stock stroke shee can do to a bunch of $7000 4 strokes.

Or you can come to michigan to see that too lol  As far as putting in a 4 mill crank goes, you will need to either run a spacer plate( I dont like that idea) or an aftermarket head with cut domes. Getting stuff like pipes, carbs, etc will only help in power but what I told you is what you need to do to make it work the way it is right now

i do have fmf pipes on it but other than that is is all stock. i have it apart right now getting it bored 30 over cause of loss of compression on right side just was wondering if it was worth going that much futher by putting a 4 mil in it

It all depends what you do with it but if you are looking for more power by quite a bit put the 4 mill in and get it ported, you will love it

You got the white 700? I think I remember you. Get that 4 mil and bring it to Pt. Pleasant this spring so I can see how it is? I may go 4 mil some day myself, but for next season I'm not rebuilding.

If you have a stock head, have it cut for the 4 mil. Makes a good sleeper. It doesn't take much of a cut to work. You can get different thickness base gaskets to raise the port timing if you don't want to port it. Just make sure the head is cut to match. Most guys feel the stroker plate is too high for stock porting. I'm sure someone on here knows more about that than me. Check around and bring that shee MXing.

Stock cut head vs coolhead are just personal perference. I like cool heads because you can change the domes in 2 secs without being done while your head is getting redone. When it coems to porting, Im saying port it to make that much more power

Do a search...it's been covered. There are a ton of places that do engine work, porting...etc., that you can also get a crank, clutch, etc. all from.

Personally...I think you should support those that support and sponsor the site.

Picking an engine builder is like buying a car, new or used.

Call around, shop around...see how you're treated, how fast they return your phone call, if they ask the right questions, if they listen...

Keep in mind, cheaper is not always better. In fact, it rarely is...

Yes you can.

Have your stock cylinders ported for a 4 mill crank.

Drop in a long rod stroker crank with 795 series pistons

Get a set of domes from Noss Machine that are made (cut) for the 4 mill crank.
