philshee
BelRay H1R is a synthetic racing oil. There are two mixing instructings on the container. One for full out racing machines, and one for close to stock machines. This is a very good oil to use.

BansheeRider71
after going from yamalube to klotz i noticed a 50% gain in power Damn really? I was thinkin later down the road I might actually change from yama-lube 2R to Klotz or Maxima 927. Damn I didnt think changing to a different oil would make that much difference. csrmel
50% is nothing. if you use klotz benol you get 65% increase. i have dyno charts to prove this!

differentstrokes
Anyone ever try Blue Marble? I'm curious about how it works.
Bruce642
last time i checked, yamalube was just rebadged citgo oil which is sold as an expensive oem oil. you can get the same oil in a citgo bottle for half the cost at a gas station. it is nothing special. i use castrol 2t atv oil at 25:1. I used the best and it's Never and I said Never let me down. Golden Spectrum, I've used this oil for 40 + year (yeah I'm an old fart, but I'll ride til I die!). I watched other people use other oils and have problems especially with that MC plus1. Two of my friend used that and there goes the rings. Golden Spectrum has been in my Shee and all my two stroke bikes. Good Luck with you choice. Bruce
Michael Jackson
never heard of golden spectrum, i have heard of golden spectro though  , i used to run that when thats all the shop near me carried, the old guy there swore by it too, said hes been using it about as long as you, hes at least in his 50's, thats the only 2 stroke premix he carried and i bet thats all he still has to this day
csrmel
i see alot of the older population or guys runing older bikes use golden spectro. espically in the vintage classes of dirtbike racing. i wonder why that is.

SandSlingerOR
I like torqo gp7. Doesn't smoke at 40:
96warrior
Golden Spectro guy here, I run it 50-1 most of the time. For Anything like dunes, or for my chainsaw I go to 40-1. I run Spectro in everything 2 stroke that I own.
registered user
why even bother. some simple math will tell you the difference bewteen 40:1 and 50:1 is hardly nothing.
