jbooker82
I have never herd of that type of carb. Do you have a link to it some where on the net to explain how it works or what it does. By the way you might want to turn your caps lock off because when you type in all capital letters it means your yelling. josh

pikespeakhillclimbbanshee
sorry about the caps lock. i did a google search for them and they have a web site but it was not real helpful. From what i understand there is a offroad setup and then these aircraft set ups and they have a vac advance so the airplanes don't run out of air and bog down. i was just wondering if anybody had ever heard of using the aircraft style ones cause the racing i would like to use them for you gain 5000 feet in elevation in twelve minutes so you worry about burning up on the bottom and losing alot of power on the top

I'd find a mechanical engineering department at a local college and have one of the students come up with something. Jet it for the mid to top of the mountain with your normal jets and crack open the power jets down low to add extra fuel, then as you go up the mountain close them off more and more.
