smokin350
So what do u guys think my gearing is 14-44 and i weigh a 150lbs the bike has 99.7whp and 53.4tq and a +4 swinger, so should i go with the superlights in a 22-11-8 10 paddle or 9, an extreme hauler 10 or 9 paddle, or just the haulers with a 10 paddle? they will be used for dragging at Glamis and a little dune riding but i have a set of 22 sandstars that i could use for cruizing and dunning even though i'll prob just spin the hell out of them, so i really don't need an all around tire just something to rip up olds, china, comp and the flat drags on prez day weekend!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!1 Thanks for all the help much appreciated SMOKIN 350 OR SHOULD I SAY 421 BEAST!!!!!! smokin350
Hey guys its Monday at 5:00pm east coast and i just got off the phone with a guy name john at SAND TOYZ UNLIMITED and he said by my weight 150 gearing 14-44 with a +4 swinger i should go with 21-12-8 9 paddle hauler, so what u guys think any input before i pick these up, he said the Superlights if i was just dragging and a had a+8 or 10 swinger and he said not more then 9 paddle on the haulers otherwise it will just wheelie every second. What do you think?
C&B
We basically have the same bike, but I have a plus 8 swinger. I run 9 paddle haulers, and blow the tires off the rim when I let er go. Glamis sand is diff from tge flour we ride in, so I think you should be fine with the 9's. JMO

Get the extremes if you have a cub. Im running them with a +2 and 4 mil cub, launching is hard but other than that im fine. or you can go with a larger tire with more paddles and smaller rims which will baloon up a bit more and can increase your top speed for drag racing. Geoff
I hadn't heard of that place before...........I think I was missing out. Yep Firehead, and it's in Oregon City to. Regarding the paddles, the +4 is going to hold you back the most as far as racing goes. I would go with a 8 or 9 paddle hauler otherwise it will most likely be a handful. Do they have a good selection of drag racing oriented stuff? :geek:
Geoff
Do they have a good selection of drag racing oriented stuff? :geek: I personally haven't been in there yet. I know they sell atv parts also besides tires. From what I've seen and heard though they will most likely be the best price around here and they carry triple buffs as well as the normal tire setups. If you google SMI motorsports you should be able to check out the website. Have fun spending money this weekend
