Lean?

first of all its single digits cold at about 800 ft above sea level. banshee has pipes and k and n pods. im running 240 mains. i know im lean but how lean can i be? it goes fine through 3rd but when i hit 4th it wont rev past half throttle.. how much bigger should i go.. cant imagine much bigger than 300. could it otherwise be the needle?

you tryen to put a hole in your pistons or something ? put a 300 main in and at least a 27.5 pilot or 30

I was actually going to start a topic about this tonight. I have run 340's in the middle of summer and I have 350's in now. It seems to be slightly lean on the very topend. As the weather gets colder I think I will go up to a 360. I need to do a chop to be sure.

 

Now I have very very few mods but right now, everything is near perfect. I dont foul plugs and my bottom and mid range are amazing.

stock pilots and dynajet needles around 4th clip (i think)

 

I dont know if it is the older fmf gold pipes but I seriously have always had huge jets in this thing.

 

 

My elevation is around 1200 ft I believe.

 

It always seemed like they were to big but I it works?

 

Does anyone have any thoughts to why things are so different between bikes?
