samc
make sure you got a good ground and make sure your on/off switch is on and your key switch is on! i made these mistakes a few times!
Screaming Yellow Zonker
what did you setup your pickup gap at? it should be at .020 in or .5mm thats all I can think of at the moment
scooter6101982
the pick up should b set between .15 and.
pweezy42
but if the pick up was set wrong it wouldnt give any spark correct??? i ghad spark then it was suddenly gone then back then gone for good???
badassbanshee479
is the flywheel rusty?? inside or out? clean the little pads on the out side of the fly wheel where the pick up reads to fire the motor! Do you have a ground going from the engine to the chassis?? is the frame painted or powder coated?? sand all the powder coast off of where the egine mounts go threw. ( I know it sounds dumb but I have seen it cause no fire!) Did you replace the cdi and stator with known good parts?? have you ohmed the stator with a meter?? un plug it and read the stripped wires first, then the soild wires. they should be within 100 ohms of one another. ( example, one set is at 17 ohms, other set of wires is at 117 ohms. give or take a few) if you bypassed the key, did you reconnect the wires to one another? seen that one a few times too! is the pick up on the stator set at .018-.020?? report back and we will go from there. 2strokespirit
get rid of the boost bottle.... lol Thats a weird thing yeah, but if you replaced all the electrics then i think there is a connector or loose wire somewhere... HotCarl
if you have another banchee around pull the flywheel off and try it on yours. It has happened before they do break, and they sound like there is sand inside them when they are broke. moneybags had one go bad a year ago and it took him a while to figure it out. .
pain in the ass, but try putting the stator back on the other shee and see if it runs. Who did you get the stator from? Same problem happened on here not to long ago and the brand new stator went bad

badassbanshee479
try running a ground from the cylinder to the chassis somewhere. make sure you get the chassis spot sanded up real good
