moneybags
Do the cilinders have any markings like # on them. Sometimes the people who port them will put number on them. (mine are under the intakes) If they where ported by trinity. they sould beable to tell you where to look for the # and tell you what was done to them. On a side note, After looking at nitroburner13 past post. He was asking questions aswell.
brian
where can i get one and how much do they run, is one better then the other? Calipers can be found at your local industrial supply store. They will have a pretty decent variety of them. I buy Mitutoyo calipers. There are a few others, but for the money they can't be beat. Just get digital calipers. That way you can choose between metric and standard measurement. DO NOT get a cheapass pair of calipers from the parts store !!! They are not accurate and break very easily.

We have tested all brands in our machine shop and though they tend the wear out over time, they are accurate. best 20 bucks you can spend! What sucks more is most major brands are having theirs made in china as well. YOu pay for a name, not a product now a days. Hell, look at Craftsman. Decent hand tools but power tools are now complete junk. Brandon

nitroburner13
i sold him the cylinders and when i ordered them i ordered a stage 3 port for a stock crank. i never did get around to port timing them because i wanted to get it together before a dune trip. one thing i can say about them is that they ran great and i never had any power issues. i was running an o.e.m crank that was just trued and welded. so if the cylinders were set up for a 4mm crank that means they were sent to me like that from trinity. if that is the case i honestly didnt mean to sell him something other that what i advertised. i just built a 4mm and if i knew they were for a 4mm i would have never sold the cylinders in the first place.
