RIPRuck
Are your floats adjusted correctly? It should still start with the 25 pilots in there. Does it start fine with the choke pulled out?

fixitrod
nope... how do i adjust the floats? Did start okay when it was warmer out? Have you done anything to the carbs? Does it start if you hold the throttle wide open as opposed to at idle or just above. You could adjust your pilot screw in to richen a bit. Try it at 1/4 turn from seated. 1/2... 3/4 ... if it starts they are lean. If you get over two turns out and it starts they are rich. Cold weather does create a lean condition. The screw adjust the amount of air that comes in. If it won't start at all it may not be jets at all. Make sure the choke tube is between the carbs too... start simple.
